Problem:
Deficit in active participation in the community of people with moderate intellectual disabilities

Causes:
- Hyperprotection of families and teams of entities supporting these populations;

- Inadequacy of the community in the face of disability.

Effects:
- Reduced quality of life;

- Deficit in autonomy;

- Social and economic exclusion;

- Welfare image of people with disabilities.

Solution:
- Promote the street sale of cakes, savory snacks and/or peeled fruits produced and distributed with the participation of people with moderate intellectual disabilities, together with companies and public entities in the municipality or in places to be designated;

- Promote the organization of coffee breaks for events (birthday parties, seminars, etc.), with the involvement of people with moderate intellectual disabilities.
