São Martinho Flavors Fair

Showing and Sales of Products Prepared by Graduates of the FIR Cook and Confectioner-Baker Courses

On November 9th, the Rehabilitation and Professional Training Center of the Irene Rolo Foundation will host the São Martinho Flavors Fair at the Tavira Municipal Market, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
This initiative aims to provide graduates of the Cook and Confectioner-Baker courses with a practical opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during the course, while at the same time offering the local community the possibility of tasting and acquiring quality products, prepared with dedication and creativity.
We invite the entire community to participate in this event and taste the delicacies prepared by the graduates!
