The present document establishes the Terms & Conditions of the website https://www.fir.pt (hereinafter referred to as "Site"). The Irene Rolo Foundation is a private institution of social solidarity, with offices at Rua Feixinho de Vides, 19, 8800-365 Tavira.The Site offers the user all the information about the activities, initiatives and actions developed by Irene Rolo Foundation. The user is obliged not to misuse the website, to observe the applicable laws and to respect the rights of third parties, including the rights on brands, patents, copyright and any other intellectual and industrial property rights. You expressly acknowledge and accept that the use of these services is not permitted for commercial purposes and any other purposes other than those described in these Terms & Conditions.All rights (in particular, with regard to intellectual property rights) relating to this Site are the exclusive property of the Irene Rolo Foundation.

To the present Terms and Conditions, as well as to any litigation inherent to the Foundation Irene Rolo the Portuguese law is applied and the courts of the district of Faro are designated as competent.
These Terms and Conditions are ruled by Portuguese law. Any dispute regarding the use of the Site and other activities related to the Irene Rolo Foundation will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts. This attribution of jurisdiction also applies to urgent proceedings or provisional or precautionary proceedings.
These Terms & Conditions may be changed at any time, so we advise you to read them regularly. Any changes to the privacy policy will also be published on this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to the Terms & Conditions constitutes tacit acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore important that you check them regularly. The Site provides the user, for punctual or regular delivery of donations, a set of payment methods, through a service contract with Easypay - Instituição de Pagamento Lda. These methods are duly identified and are (i) Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard); (ii) ATM Reference; (iii) MBWAY Network; and (iv) Bank Transfer.
Note: The currency to be used in any financial transaction is the Euro.
